Clear Answers. Focused Care. No Guesswork.
A Model Built for Better Care
Because your care isn’t dictated by insurance, your team has the time to find the root cause, build the right plan, and get you back to the work, sport, and life you care about.
Why pay directly for your recovery care?
Because your recovery should be guided by your goals and clinical needs—not by a claims process.
At Recover Pro, we have chosen a cash-pay model so we can spend more time focused on you and less time navigating insurance requirements. That means your care is not limited by arbitrary visit caps, pre-authorization delays, or treatment decisions made by someone who has never evaluated you.
Instead, you get a more direct, personalized experience:
- More one-on-one time with your provider at every visit.
- A treatment plan based on your goals, progress, and clinical needs.
- Faster access to care, without waiting for insurance approvals.
- Clear communication and coordinated support across rehab, chiropractic, sports medicine, and recovery services.
- A plan built to help you move forward efficiently—not simply use up covered visits.
We are not here to rush you through a volume-based system. We are here to help you understand what is happening, make a clear plan, and get back to doing more of what matters to you.
Do you accept insurance?
We are an out-of-network practice and do not bill insurance directly. We can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. HSA and FSA funds are accepted, and flexible payment options may be available.
What will my first visit cost?
Your investment depends on the type of care you need, the complexity of your condition, and the services included in your plan.
At your first visit, we will evaluate what is going on, discuss your goals, and recommend a clear path forward. Before you begin ongoing care, you will understand the recommended plan, expected visit frequency, and associated cost, so there are no surprises.
We believe in transparent conversations about care and cost. If you have questions before booking, our team is happy to help you understand what to expect.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Recover Pro partners with Cherry to offer flexible financing options for eligible care.
You can apply online in minutes. Applying does not affect your credit score. Our team can help you determine whether financing is available for your recommended care plan.
How many visits will I need?
There is no one-size-fits-all answer—and that’s by design.
Your recommended plan will depend on your diagnosis, symptoms, goals, activity level, health history, and how your body responds to care. Some patients need focused short-term support to address a recent injury or flare-up. Others benefit from a more comprehensive plan to resolve chronic pain, rebuild function, improve performance, or prevent the problem from returning.
From your first visit, we will provide a clear recommendation based on our findings. Your plan will be guided by your progress—not by a preset insurance visit limit.
Our goal is not to keep you in treatment indefinitely. It is to help you recover efficiently, understand how to maintain your results, and stay active with confidence.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?
Many patients use HSA or FSA funds for eligible healthcare services. Eligibility can vary by service and by individual benefits plan, so we recommend checking with your plan administrator if you have questions about available funds or covered expenses.
What are my rights against surprise medical billing?
Federal and New Jersey law protect you from surprise medical bills, sometimes called balance billing. This happens when an out-of-network provider charges you the difference between what your insurance paid and the full price of a service, usually in situations you didn’t choose, like an emergency or an out-of-network provider at an in-network facility.
You’re protected from balance billing for emergency services and for certain providers (anesthesia, radiology, pathology, and similar specialties) at an in-network hospital or surgical center. In these cases, you only owe your normal in-network copayment, coinsurance, or deductible, and your health plan pays the provider directly. You’re never required to waive these protections or to get care out-of-network.
If you believe you’ve been wrongly billed, you can contact the No Surprises Help Desk at (800) 985-3059 or cms.gov/nosurprises, or the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance Consumer Hotline at (800) 446-7467 or state.nj.us/dobi/consumer.htm.

Do I need a referral to make an appointment?
In many cases, no. You can contact Recover Pro directly to schedule an evaluation.
Depending on the type of care you need, your medical history, and any applicable state or clinical requirements, a referral, prescription, imaging, or coordination with another provider may be appropriate. If that applies to you, we will let you know and help clarify the next step.
If you have been referred by a physician, coach, trainer, attorney, employer, or another provider, please bring or send any relevant information before your visit.
What if I have already tried PT and did not get the results I wanted?
You aren’t alone, and it doesn’t mean you have run out of options. This is exactly why many patients come to Recover Pro.
Sometimes people don’t make the progress they hoped for because they didn’t receive a complete assessment, a plan matched to their goals, enough guidance between visits, or the right progression as their needs changed.
At Recover Pro, we take the time to understand the full picture: your symptoms, prior treatment, daily demands, movement goals, and what has and hasn’t worked for you. Then we create a clear plan designed around the next right step.
When appropriate, that plan may include rehabilitation, chiropractic care, sports medicine, and advanced recovery therapies. Our goal is not to promise a quick fix—it is to give you an honest assessment, a thoughtful plan, and coordinated support as you move forward.
Do you offer virtual visits?
Virtual visits may be available for select patients, follow-ups, education, exercise progression, recovery planning, and care coordination. Not every concern can be fully evaluated or treated virtually, especially when hands-on assessment or in-clinic technology is needed.
If you are interested in virtual care, contact our team, and we will help determine whether it is appropriate for your needs.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Please bring:
- A photo ID and your preferred form of payment.
- Any relevant referral, prescription, imaging report, medical records, or test results.
- A list of current medications and important health history.
- Any braces, orthotics, training gear, or equipment connected to the issue you want us to evaluate.
- Comfortable clothing and athletic shoes that allow you to move freely.
Your first visit is designed to be thorough. We will talk through your symptoms, health and training history, goals, and what you have already tried. Then we will complete the appropriate evaluation, explain what we are seeing in clear language, and recommend the next best steps.
Whether you plan to pay directly, use HSA/FSA, submit a superbill, or explore payment options, Recover Pro is here to make your next step clear.
Book your assessment to meet with our team, understand your care options, and build a plan for recovery, performance, and long-term health.
